Our Corporate booking system allows you to view rooms in any city across the globe. Simply choose what day, date and time is best, check in real time if the other bureau is available for the times needed, request your room, tea, coffee, cold water and any other special little thing whilst on line ie muffins, or perhaps even flowers. Order other peripheral equipment you may need eg document camera, access to laptop and "BOOK".
Once you have booked the bureau of your choice we will send you an easy to read confirmation email within the hour for our network bureaus. Your confirmation will give you details on the other room/s location, street address and contact details. Simply forward this confirmation on to attendees. Confirming rooms of affiliate sites can take a little longer and we give a guarantee of responding within 24 hours.
