Conference failure arising from local site failure will still incur full costs-less relevant ISDN charges. Data is collected on bookings made and the customers booking them. The data on the customers is collected from the customer manually via email or phone when they subscribe to the video conference global linx booking system. This data includes their company name, phone and email address, billing address, first and last name of the user and their login details. Data on bookings are collected on the booking details entered by the user incuding rooms booked, time and duration, and other contact information entered by the customer. Cookies are used to track a customers session during booking and to return them to the appropriate login screen on their return visit. Site cookies track the customers ID number which is assigned by the database when subscribing to the booking system. The cookie also tracks their username to identify them to the booking system.
